Energy Efficiency Programs - Connecticut Energy Efficiency Fund

The Connecticut Energy Efficiency Fund supports a variety of Energy Efficiency Programs that provide financial incentives to help you reduce the amount of energy used in your home or business.  Some of these programs recently received national recognition from the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy.

This Fund is supported by all CL&P and UI customers through the Combined Public Benefits Charge on your electric bill.  The Energy Efficiency Programs are reviewed by the Energy Conservation Management Board, approved annually by the Connecticut Department of Public Utility Control (DPUC) and administered by CL&P and UI.

Since you contribute to the Fund, you should take advantage of these programs.
