The Program Savings Documentation manual (PSD) is a comprehensive list of the cost and savings associated with the installation of individual energy efficient measures. The energy and demand savings represent typical measures and are assumed to be the savings that would occur at the customer's meter.
The PSD is updated annually and submitted by The United Illuminating Comany and The Connecticut Light and Power Company as part of their annual Conservation and Load Management Plan.
