    2011
    Energy Services Performance Contracting Best Practices Guide

    Responding to an order from the DPUC in docket no. 10-10-03, in coordination with the EEB the public utilities partnered with Celtic Energy in convening a workgroup to develop a best practices guide. The guide is designed to assist municipalities, universities, schools and hospitals considering performance contracting as an option for increasing the energy efficiency of their facilities.     2010
    KEMA Potential Study

    A comprehensive study of Connecticut's achievable energy efficiency potential was completed by KEMA in April 2010. The main report may be found here. The supporting documentation is avaiable here.
